Browsing at last year’s Mangawhai Art Trail

Fitness and art combine in the 11th Mangawhai Walking Weekend being held on Saturday and Sunday, March 13 and 14.

The Mangawhai Artists Association will include the Mangawhai Art Trail in the free event and visitors are being invited to take a hike while also having the opportunity to browse, buy or commission artworks at 15 locations featuring nearly 50 artists.

Works include flax weaving, sculpture, painting, photography, pottery, ceramics, hand-crafted furniture, jewellery, glass art and more.
