A step back in time

Visitors to The Kauri Museum’s annual Settlers Day festivities were greeted by staff in pioneer regalia, including Els Bloom on horseback at the museum entrance last Saturday. The event has been running for 20 years and this year showcased the museum, its collections, collectors themselves and story- telling through the years.
